Welcome to Dieters Den

Hi,
This is my second try at blogging. Tried other blogging sites but was'nt so comfortable at editing and managing those blogs, so decided to switch to this site, which i think is a wonderful place to express your view points and share information with others.

I am a nutritionist and I have started blogging to help people get authentic information about food and nutrition. You will find all the minute details that are left unanswered at all the health sites and print media about weight loss, muslce building, diet during illness and conditions like diabetes, anemia, indigestiong, lactose intolerance, allergies, post menopausal syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypertention, low B.P etc.

I would be guiding you on which foods you should eat and when.

You can also post your queries on this blog if you have any doubts about your weight loss or muscle building or you can contact me at www.dietersden.com
